Welcome to hivve.studio. By accessing our website or engaging Hivve Studio ("we", "our", or "us"), a creative studio operating under TFP, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services
Hivve Studio provides custom creative direction, generative AI video production, 3D brand assets, digital marketing architectures, UI/UX design, and AI automation systems. Specific deliverables, sprint schedules, milestones, and commercial fees are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) executed with each client.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly stipulated otherwise in an active client agreement:
- All studio branding, proprietary methodologies, frameworks, custom scripts, and OpenClaw architectures remain the intellectual property of Hivve Studio and TFP.
- Upon full settlement of invoices, clients receive the agreed usage licenses and custom deliverable rights designated in their respective project contract.

The materials and content on this website are provided for informational and business development purposes. While we strive to maintain accurate, up-to-date information, we do not warrant that all case estimates or market projections are guaranteed for every individual engagement.
